He was trained in the various areas of litigation as a legal assistant, to include; Torts & Personal Injury, Business Law, Criminal Law, California Family Law, Civil Litigation, etc. Additionally, he was trained in litigation support to include Legal Writing, Legal Procedures, Legal Research, etc. Our owner has extensive training and studies in Administration of Justice, as well.
Once licensed, the state does NOT require Mandatory Continuing Education.
As a priority, our owner receives regular continuing education & MCE’s through Paralegal Associations, as well as training through P.I. and industry related organizations.
Our owner was identified by the state of California as a subject matter expert. He assisted the Department of Consumer Affairs and the Bureau of Security and Investigative Services in the rewrite of the Private Investigator licensing exam that is used to determine proficiency.
Our owner has also served as an industry expert in litigation in the review of private investigator work product.
